Casa FN Pinheiros

Para comportar o programa desejado, a construção se faz em dois níveis, totalizando 176,00 m2 de área construída. Como premissa, optou-se por ser um volume fechado na fachada principal, iluminando-se os ambientes com vidros translúcidos e privilegiando a privacidade dos moradores.

A construção é elevado do terreno mantendo-se unidade e a mesma linguagem das demais residências da vila que, devido ao antigo histórico de alagamentos do bairro, problema inexistente atualmente, foram construídas desta maneira.

No pavimento térreo, a entrada da casa abre-se para a cozinha e esta para o jardim na parte posterior. O pé-direito duplo na cozinha propicia a sensação de ambiente único e integrado entre o interior e exterior da residência, onde procurou-se o máximo de lazer com instalação de parrileira na bancada contígua à da cozinha e ofurô no jardim. O grafite da artista admirada pelos moradores, ornamenta a parede do pé-direito duplo.

Ao longo da área social, jantar e cozinha, as esquadrias de correr foram instaladas sobre banco de concreto que podem ser usados pelo lado interno e externo. Sobre a piscina foi instalado deck retrátil.

A lavanderia, lavabo e acesso ao pavimento superior localiza-se na frente da residência.

No pavimento superior, localiza-se a área íntima da casa com suíte, dormitório, escritório, banheiro social e a sala de televisão, que através de portas de correr pode ser revertida em dormitório.

O escritório conecta-se visualmente com a área social inferior e é iluminado pela esquadria da fachada lateral.

Através da suíte principal acessa-se a cobertura da casa que comporta a área de solário, além da área técnica de ar-condicionado e caixa d'água.​​

Designed to accommodate their lifestyle, the residence is organized on two levels, totaling an area of 176.00 square meters. Guided by the principle of privacy, a closed volume dominates the main facade, with interior spaces illuminated by translucent glass. The construction is elevated from the ground as the other existing houses to prevent from flooding which used to be an issue in this area. The ground floor unfolds into the social area, seamlessly integrating with the outdoor space through wide sliding windows that delineate the interior from the pool area, built in the lateral setback of the residence. Extending from the social area, the kitchen effortlessly transitions to the rear garden, accentuated by a double-height ceiling that fosters a sense of spatial continuity between the interior and exterior areas. The kitchen features a countertop barbecue grill, complemented by a hot tub in the garden creating an inviting leisure area. The artist's graffiti, admired by residents, adorns the wall of double-height area. Along the social area, dining room and kitchen, sliding windows were installed on a concrete bench that blur the boundary between indoor and outside areas. A retractable deck was installed over the pool. The laundry, half-bath and the access to the upper floor are located at the front of the residence. Ascending to the upper level unveils the private domain, comprising an en-suite bedroom, a standard bedroom, an office, a social bathroom, and a television room – versatile space that can easily transform into an additional bedroom through sliding doors. The office, visually linked to the lower social area, filled with natural light coming from the windows on the side facade. Accessible from the main bedroom, the rooftop features a solarium as well as the air conditioning technical area and the water tank.
